SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit in family housing is 15 miles per hour. This is for the safety of all our residents and visitors. Please do not speed.

Add: Traffic Circles:
A lot of thought and consideration went into the development plan of The Landings at Nellis, including whether or not to put yield signs or stop signs at the traffic circles. After reviewing the project with the architect, his suggestion was to use stop signs. The reason for this decision is to slow down the flow of traffic for the safety and welfare of all our residents.

Hunt Building Company has done a wonderful job at posting theses signs in clear view for drivers to see. Stopping at a traffic circle may be a big adjustment for some drivers, but ultimately, it could prevent unwanted accidents. We appreciate all our residents and want to do the best we can in keeping the community safe and happy.
